TWO ADMISSIONS PATHWAYS
High school students can apply to enter T&M DDP through Program-Based Admission, whilst current Y1 students from the Schools of Science, Engineering, and Business can apply through School-Based Admission, i.e., through the Major Selection Exercise or Program Transfer.

PROGRAM BASED ADMISSION
We welcome candidates with diverse backgrounds to join us. Candidates who wish to enroll in DDP must fulfill the minimum admissions requirements specified by the HKUST School of Business and Management/School of Engineering/School of Science/Academy of Interdisciplinary Studies, depending on their admissions qualifications, i.e., JUPAS, IB, GCEAL/IAL, Mainland JEE, and many other international qualifications.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
INTERVIEW
Interview is compulsory for admission. Prospective students will have the opportunity to chat with our esteemed faculty, where they will be asked to share their aptitude for technology and business, innovation mindset, and social awareness. No make-up interview will be arranged.
SCHOOL BASED ADMISSION
Students who are interested in the T&M-DDP but need more time to decide the technical track can first apply for admission to any school at HKUST. They will then join the Major Selection Exercise to apply T&M-DDP and declare their engineering and business major at the end of Year 1 and Year 2 respectively.

- Holistic assessment is based on CGA, selected course performance, CV profile, HKDSE/International Qualifications, and English language exam results, and interview performance
- We expect our students to:
